Transitioning processes between school an labour market challenge either individuals as well as their supporting and caring environment. Disadvantaged learners are faced with particular or sometimes special emphasises of this genuine problems. Different, historically grown welfare systems lead to different national solutions in order to support disadvanted learners. This lecture brings vocational training for disadvanted learners in Melbourne, AUS into focus and thereby grants a great basis for further discussion. Interested students and collegues are welcome!
