About the person

Xiaolong Yue graduated from Shanxi University (China) with a bachelor's degree in education and a second major in psychology. He then obtained a master's degree in special education at Beijing Normal University (China). In this context, his work focused in particular on supporting children with autism using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and on supporting families.

He completed a further Master's degree at the Humboldt University in Berlin in the field of educational science. His main focus was on inclusion in the transition from school to education and work.

Since February 2026, Xiaolong Yue has been working as a research assistant at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg at the Chair of Special Education in the Context of Blindness and Low Vision and Inclusive Education.
