    About the person

    Ines Matic completed her Bachelor's degree in "B.A. Education in Secondary Education" with the subjects German and Political Science at the Heidelberg University of Education as well as the Master's degree programme "M. Ed. Teaching Qualification in Special Education" with the first special educational subject area of Learning with Blindness and Visual Impairment and the second special educational subject area of Intellectual Development. She was also employed at the Heidelberg University of Education as a tutor for the Disability Officer and in the implementation service. Since April 2021, she has been working as a research assistant at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in the field of pedagogy for visual impairments. She was also active in the Diversity Audit Steering Committee from February 2022 to February 2024. Since May 2024, she has been a contact person for anti-discrimination at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
